1. Spa Appointment
Appointments are highly recommended. To make your appointment, either phone the Spa 788-0242 or 825-1498 or via e-mail: kartini_nm@yahoo.com

2. Hours of Treatment
All treatments are available from 9:00am to 10:00pm daily, Monday to Sunday.

3. Arrival at Spa
We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please understand that your treatments will start and end on time in order not to inconvenience the next guests.

4. Canceling a Spa Appointment
We understand that there may be a cause to cancel your scheduled appointment. As a courtesy to other guests who may wish to book these treatments, we request a minimum of 3 hours notice.

5. Precautions
Be sure to notify your therapist or receptionist should you have high blood pressure, heart condition, other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant.

6. Valuables
We suggest you leave all valuables in the box provided in your suite. While we endeavor to look after your belongings, the Management of Kartini Spa does not assume liability for loss or damage to any of your valuables.

7. What to Wear
We recommend wearing the robe and slippers provided in the dressing room or your suite.

8. Gift Certificate / Spa Boutique
Gift Certificates are available for purchase and may be used for all Spa facilities. The Spa boutique features a comprehensive range of facial products and unique gift items.

9. Settling Your Bill
You may settle your bill at the Reception lobby or at the convenience of your suite

10. Spa Etiquette
The spa experience is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please understand and respect the quiet and privacy needs of other Spa guests by lowering your voice and turning off your mobile phones. Your courtesy please keep the Spa a smoke-free environment.
